Finding the right person for you We take time to match you with a support worker who not only has the right skills and availability, but whose personality clicks with yours. If your regular support worker can't make it, we won't just send anyone, we'll find someone similar and check with you first.
Working around your life Whether you prefer the same routine every week or need flexibility to book as you go, we're happy to work with whatever suits you best. Need to change something? Just give us a call, drop us an email, or use our online portal if you have access to one.
Keeping your home secure If you'd like us to hold keys to make things easier, that's completely up to you. We keep things safe by using coded tags (so there's no address visible) and store them securely. Only your assigned support workers can access them, following our strict key policy.
Getting out and about We can arrange for someone to travel with you when you need to get somewhere. All our drivers have the proper licenses and insurance, so you can relax knowing you're in safe hands.
Keeping everyone safe Before we start working together, we'll have a friendly chat about your home and what support you need to spot any safety considerations. If things change in your life, we'll review this to make sure everything stays safe and suitable.
We keep our hourly rates clear and upfront, with visits usually lasting at least an hour. Evening, weekend, and bank holiday rates may be a bit different.
We'll send you a bill weekly or every two weeks – whatever works better for you. You can pay by card or bank transfer.
We understand life happens, if you need to cancel give us 24 hours' notice, there won't be any extra charges. Less than that and there might be a small fee (we'll explain this in your agreement).
